A Community website built by members of the Lymm, Northwich, Warrington, Cheshire and Greater Manchester community.
We are an Interest Driven website which will be frequently updated with a wide variety of interesting articles, and other quirky or informative contributions. We will have updated information and reports of Events in the area and links to websites that you might find interesting. We compile these with YOUR help!
There will also be an assortment of friendly competitions and projects incorporated into our pages. Look out for these.

Hilary ……
Hils is an ex-teacher, granny, gardener, and a cat and horse lover! She has done all sorts of things in her life ….. Yes, just like you. She loves plants, gardening, music of many kinds, is into genealogy and a million and one other things when she finds the time. She it committed and passionate about community involvement in our website! |
Tony……Tony is into things mechanical and his veggie plot! As a retired ex structural engineer, he finally has time to indulge his passions and develop new ones! Tony’s current project is the restoration of his MGY type.. he wants to cruise the lanes of Cheshire in a car for which he doesn’t have to pay road tax! He’s loves chilling out by listening to his jazz collection but we’ve yet to persuade him into using an ipod! This photo is of him enjoying his sea-faring mode!! |
And Gary…….Gary has many interests which he feels really enriches his life. Typically, he is into cars both old and new, and ANYTHING which is Italian. Mmmmm! However he also has a real passion for wind powered transport, especially sailing and racing yachts around the Isle of Wight! Back at home he enjoys cooking, often inventing many of his own dishes. However, he also thinks it is important to try to grow your own produce and has learned a few tricks from his green fingered wife Janet on how to start a vegetable patch and herb garden. He also enjoys really chilling out at home and listening to some good music on his Hi-Fi. |
