Winter 2012 Photographic Competition

Our TOPIC this time is OLD BUILDINGS with the limitation that it MUST be a photograph of a BRITISH building!

Please note that it is the BUILDING ITSELF we want you to focus on, not its contents. It does not matter what type of building you choose.

Our winter photography competition will run from January until March 31st 2012

As with our last competition, the FIRST PRIZE will be  a £50 Jessop’s Voucher. If there are more than 20 entries in the under 12 year old category, there will be a £20 gift voucher for the WINNER in this age group. Any entries in this category must be backed up by permission from a parent and the parent’s details submitted alongside the entry directly to themeetingplacenorth@googlemail.com.

The maximum number of submitted photographs per person is THREE.

All entries will visible in the GALLERY added to this page.  Photographs should be of the highest resolution possible within the limitations of your camera!

Your entry should state the following:

Your name

Your age (if under 15)

Your address

The place your photograph was taken (GPS readings are fine!)

A sentence or two about your photo also helps us to see what you were hoping to show.

We have two professional photographers who will decide on the winner in each group.

Just get out there and have some fun with your cameras!
